Ronald Phillips is a long established Fine Antique English Furniture dealer based in London. CES were approached to address the lighting in their Mayfair showroom as it was an old, discontinued technology and did not produce the kind of ambience suitable for exhibiting their furniture.
CES worked alongside the client to utilise the existing wiring and dimming systems to transform the building with minimal disruption.
Great care had to be undertaken during the design process to provide a versatile space that could be changed by on-site personnel to suit any rearrangement of rooms. It was also of upmost importance to provide a well-lit environment that adequality illuminated furniture but maintained a high quality low glare space.

As dealers in high end English antique furniture, we were looking for a company that understood the importance of lighting historical objects with care and an attention to detail. CES provided us with that service and offered considered, bespoke solutions to our lighting needs. Once the design was agreed, the installation was carried out in a professional and courteous manner by their team of specialists. The new lighting in our gallery, apart from looking very smart, is now 100% LED and very stable in colour making our furniture look its best as well as protecting it from the heat generated by older halogen light fittings.
